Signals arise everywhere—on graphs, in multiway arrays, and in the human body—and making sense of them increasingly calls for both classical signal processing and modern machine intelligence. The Forum on Signal Informatics and Intelligence (SI2, read as "SI-squared") is a workshop that brings these communities together around four core themes: graph signal processing, tensor learning, biosignal informatics, and artificial intelligence. The SI2 will be held on October 23–24, 2026 at The University of Osaka Nakanoshima Center in Osaka, Japan—a riverside setting in the heart of the city, at its most pleasant in October. The programme will feature keynotes by leading international researchers, tutorials on emerging methodologies, and special sessions that look ahead to the next generation of signal-based intelligence. SI2 is also intended as an intimate venue for discussion and collaboration among researchers from academia, industry, and government organizations.

Submission Format: Submissions must consist of a Title and an Abstract (maximum of 300 words).
Review Process: No formal peer review will be conducted. This workshop is intended as a collaborative venue to share recent findings, work-in-progress, and emerging concepts.
Proceedings: There will be no published formal proceedings.
Presentation Language: Authors are asked to indicate their preferred presentation language, English or Japanese, on the submission page. Presentations in Japanese will in principle be scheduled as poster presentations.
Presentation Format: Accepted submissions will be scheduled for Oral or Poster presentations based on the topic and program availability.
