Every accepted submission must be covered by a Regular registration. At least one author of each accepted abstract is required to complete a Regular registration and present the work at the workshop. The Student rate is available for attendance only and does not satisfy this requirement, even if the presenting author is a student. Submissions without a corresponding Regular registration by October 16, 2026 will be withdrawn from the programme.
