Every accepted submission must be covered by a Regular registration. The presenting author of each accepted abstract is required to complete a Regular registration and present the work at the workshop. Please note that the Student rate applies to non-presenting participants only. Student authors who will present must register at the Regular rate. Submissions without a corresponding Regular registration by October 16, 2026 will be withdrawn from the program.
Regular / Presenter (including student presenters): 50,000 JPY
Student (attendance only; not available to presenters): 25,000 JPY
