Registration: Presenters must register at the Regular rate. The Student rate applies to non-presenting participants only. See the Registration page for details. See the Registration page for details.

Submission Format: Submissions must consist of a Title and an Abstract (maximum of 300 words).

Review Process: No formal peer review will be conducted. This workshop is intended as a collaborative venue to share recent findings, work-in-progress, and emerging concepts.

Proceedings: There will be no published formal proceedings.

Presentation Language: Authors are asked to indicate their preferred presentation language, English or Japanese, on the submission page. Presentations in Japanese will in principle be scheduled as poster presentations. 

Presentation Format: Accepted submissions will be scheduled for Oral or Poster presentations based on the topic and program availability.
